Features

· Compact dual-piston gear rack structure, accurate the engaging, high efficiency, constant output torque.

· Air supply hole in accordance with NAMUR standard.

· Pneumatic actuator shaft bottom mounting hole (in accordance with ISO5211 standard) is double square, easy to install valves with square rod.

· the top hole of the output shaft in accordance with NAMUR standard

· At both ends adjusting screw could adjust the opening angle of the valve.

· The same specifications Actuator have double-acting, single-acting (spring return).

· According to valve requirement, could Choose clockwise or counterclockwise rotation to open or close the valve.

· According to user needs could choose to install solenoid valves, positioners, reply, various limit switches and manually operated devices ect.

The main technical parameters

1、using the media :Clean, dry ,non-corrosive compressed air

2、 the working air pressure: 0.4 ~ 0.7MPa

3ambient temperature: Standard: -20 ℃ ~ + 80 ℃

             High temperature: -20 ℃ ~ + 180 ℃


4、rotation angle: 90 ° ± 3 °

5、the output torque: BGT double-acting actuators are shown in Table 1; BGT single-acting (spring return) actuators are shown in Table 2

Model Selection example:

a. double effect:If need control 200Nm valve,consider safety reasons increase 20% to 240Nm,In table 1 could choose BGT127 actuator (275Nm of torque provided at 0.5MPa),Or select BGT118 model actuator (252Nm of torque at 0.6MPa).

b. single action:If need control 80Nm valveconsider safety reasons increase 20% to 96Nm,In table 2 could choose BGT127  K4 correspond spring torque 100Nm,Right along the line,Right along the line, in the column labeled 0.5MPa find 107Nm torque value, so select actuator model: BGT127 K4 Air supply pressure is 0.5MPa.
